This place is well-designed, and we found the bunk bed surprisingly comfy. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see. The breakfast was a highlight - loved the delicious scrambled eggs and fresh rolls every morning, we couldn't wait to dig in! 🍳

Excellent location, bed is super comfortable and curtains cover the sun entrance perfectly. Rooms very well isolated from each other, not so much from the outside of the street.
Slightly slippery and tall bathtub. Pretty small TV and no HD channels. nice room but with damage to furniture and wardrobe, more typical of a 4 star hotel. we got to the second floor, we heard some noises from the street like people passing by, garbage truck or the tram that works 24 hours a day in the city. I don't think it's normal to have had to ask for shower shoes at the reception desk when, being a 5 star hotel, I should have found them in the room directly. first day of our stay they called us to know if we wanted our room cleaned around 12. 30pm and obviously I answered but in 1h because our flight arrived very late and check in was quite late, that's why the next day we got up later and at 12. 30 we were still in the room, we had a week ahead of us so we didn't understand very well the call, it seems that they were in a hurry to make our room, I don't understand it either as it is a 5 star hotel and they have cleaning staff 24 hours a day.

The hotel is set in a particularly good location near the main train station and city shopping. Most tourist stops and Prague's quirky bars are close by. - the hotel is also close to malls, and Prague 1 district is worth seeing.

A humble, unpretentious reception desk with friendly staff. The room is spacious, clean, though a little tired. breakfast is very good with a large selection of hot, snacks and desserts, not in the center, but within walking distance to major attractions. If you are expecting a full 5* on demand, this is not the case. But overall, the hotel has left a positive impression.
There was a three-bed room. Double bed is very comfortable. But the convertible sofa is rigid and uncomfortable. 3-year-old child was good, because it took only a small part of it, but the adult will not be comfortable anymore. Despite the overall excellent breakfast, juices only packed and of poor quality.

Location
It was funny that in a 5-Star hotel, the shampoos and soaps in the bathroom were made in china.

The location of this place is great, just a short walk away from the Vltava River.

Clean hotel, honest staff & marvellous and fantastic location close to sites that we wanted to visit. Early check in and late check out. Small parking, shuttle to the airport. Location near the Main Square, all the shops and main attractions including Charles Bridge.
Quite poor area.

The location is excellent, the breakfast is varied and complete, but I stay mainly with the sympathy and good attention of the Spanish reception staff Candela, Eduardo and Olga.
For me based on my extensive experience is that this hotel is 1 * is a 4 * functional, to begin with this located is a vast old building but without the charm of the architecture of this beautiful city, to be a 5 * lacks more comfort in common areas, sofas soft, attractive decor, halls are tasteless, room while it is wide lacks a larger TV, an entertainment system such as TV a la carte or SmartTV, there is no choice of pillows, no slippers (I had to ask for them), no bathrobe, I have never seen a 5* without a bathrobe, no complimentary water bottles, magnifying mirror without light and something important when travelling with my mother who is an old lady, bathtub is too slippery and there are no handles or a non-slip mat, a big failure, there is no 24h room service, only until 10 pm:30 call reception and they told me that until 23:00, at 22:35 call to ask for my order and room service staff as wanting to get out of the way said no, that until 22:30, if they solve these things could be a normal 5 *, in my case I prefer to pay 30-40 euros more and feel more comfortable.

This hotel is centrally located in a great area for exploring, close to public transportation with helpful staff offering complimentary wake-up calls and ironing services.

It has good location to see a historic square.

The hotel is conveniently located for self-guided tours and city sightseeing. Metro, tram stop, shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel has a wide range of products for breakfast, the quality of preparation of the latter is good.
The hotel cannot be classified as a category 5 star hotel. There are no freshly squeezed juices and wine at breakfasts. There is no clothes brush, bathrobe and slippers in the room. Also, it was a birthday during the stay, but there was no congratulations from the hotel. Having considerable experience of staying in hotels of different European and Near Eastern countries, which are positioned as the 5 stars, I can say that decent hotels pay attention to such things and in one form or another congratulate the guest, as it is important for them to show knowledge and respect to the guest.
